Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
We warrant our headlight restoration service against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of service.
During this period, if the restored headlight lens becomes cloudy, hazy, or the protective coating applied during restoration fails under normal conditions of use, we will, at our discretion, provide one (1) re-restoration of the affected headlights at no additional charge.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- 
Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, or collisions. 
- 
Cracks, chips, or water intrusion due to compromised seals or housing. 
- 
Deterioration caused by the use of abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or high-pressure washing. 
- 
Headlights previously damaged or structurally defective prior to restoration. 
- 
Normal wear and tear beyond the expected life of the coating. 
- 
Any consequential, incidental, or indirect losses (including transport, downtime, or vehicle-related issues). 
How to Claim
To make a warranty claim, you must:
- 
Notify us in writing within the warranty period. 
- 
Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). 
- 
Provide photographic evidence of the issue. 
We reserve the right to inspect the headlights before approving any claim.
Limitations of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the re-restoration of the affected headlights. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the service.
